Cancellation Policy


AUTOLYNE CAR & VAN HIRE CANCELLTION AND CHANGE POLICY

If you have already picked up your vehicle and wish to keep it longer; you must contact the office where you picked up the vehicle and ask for an extension of the rental (to see if this is possible), where possible payment will need to be taken for the extension.

If you have not picked up your vehicle you can modify or cancel your reservation, simply by calling the office.

If you modify your pick-up or drop-off location, date, or time, this may result in a change to your rates or fees. Please ask when you call to make these changes.

Cancellations

If you cancel your booking 5 days or more from your original booking date you will receive a full credit to the value of your booking to use for future bookings. If you cancel with less than 72 hours before you’re booking you will not receive any form of refund or credit.

No Shows

If you do not show up at your allocated collection time or fail to inform us of a time change within 2 hours, your booking will be subject to cancellation without a refund or credit.
